Professional career
From 1984 till 2010 I was employed at IBM Switzerland within different functions and ranges such as organization, consultation, sales and management.
Apart Professional Experience
2004 - 2005
As a jury member at the castings for the Mister Switzerland candidates, I led the personality interviews, and was involved in the selection of 16 finalists. During the weeks of training, I trained the finalists in terms of personality, appearance and behavior. In the year 2005, I accompanied Renzo Blumenthal several times as a coach for his first interviews (radio, TV).
1989 - 1996
Switzerlands representative for Mike Wiegele Helicopter Skiing Canada (organization and guidance of Helicopter Skiing journeys for chosen customers like e.g. ex ski running driver, Promis etc.).
Sports & hobbies
Even in my early years I was gripped by a fascination for engines and speed, which remains to me to this day. As co-founder of my own racing team (special cross, Monoposto over 3,000cc), I competed in national and international car races (Swiss, Tyrolean, German and European Championships) in the 1980s.
Yet my greatest hobby is and still remains riding motorcycles (over half a million kilometres in the saddle). I also participated in national dragster races. For almost 20 years I has been actively involved in the biker and Harley scene. In 1999 I was the founder of "Santa Claus on a Harley-Davidson", which is now copied from various organizations.
During wintertimes, I like very much skiing and carving. Powder snow early in the morning is pure enjoyment, six times Helicopter skiing in the Rocky Mountains in Canada, have left their mark!
Diving is my favorite activity in warm waters. Since 1988 I made over 300 dives and since 1995 I am a Rescue Diver.
